Quick shoutout to my boys.

It seems any big game Texas is in is a classic. Ridiculous game. Loved every minute. We beat OU, and normally that means a trip to the national championship but this year we have the hardest schedule in the entire NCAA so.... we still have some games ahead of us. Next Week : Mizzou in Austin. Hells yeah.

45 - 35 OU. There were some extremely bad calls in that game, guess that's to be expected since it was played in Dallas. The call on #28 for unnecessary roughness on McCoy was bullshit, he was actually trying to hold him up as he was falling. He didn't hit him out of bounds.

The interception in the end zone that wasn't given to OU (it was clearly an interception, the NCAA rules say the ground can cause a fumble in the end zone) could have, and probably would have, changed the entire flow of the game. So I guess if you can take pride in winning with the officials help then more power to you smile.gif

I think OU is still the better team, there's a reason UT hasn't made it to #1

actually a strict reading of the rules it is an incomplete pass, not an INT. the big 12 head ref also agreed today. its one of those calls that it depends on what crew you got and we took it.

the big mistake call was the roughing the kicker call that went against ut. and they got 7 off of that, we only got 3 off the int/incomplete pass. (2 roughing the kicker penalties actually just that only one of them resulted in a first down)

my ou buddies are ok with the roughing the passer call. i am too. it looks like he did a late pull back. mccoy was 2 full feet out of bounds before getting touched. its unnecessary.

we are now number one thank you very much.
