I am assuming you are talking about the front page? If that is correct I don't see any reason to increase the font size, I am by no means running a huge resolution but I can read it fairly easily from a couple of feet away with Font size (in the browser options) set to medium (which I believe is standard).
You may want to thing about increasing your navbar link size jus tto make them a bit more distinguished against the banner of awesome, but other than that I think it looks great.
One thing I would like to point out about th esite (that you will probably be getting to any moment now) is that on your Submission Center Page you have asection of text that says it is a link
