Symbol Tween, Help with Symbol

trying to nest a tween for a symbol in a symbol made up of multiple symbols and it only moves once at the end of the main sybols tween in stead of tweening along main symbols tween. It is a leg of a person i would like to move back and forth as the collection "person" symbol made up of multiple parts moves along a seperate tween. any suggestions?

nm im an idiot...i was placing the whole tween on the symbol instead of distributing them to layers inside the symbol...
