New D.I.C Head Joined: 3 Jul, 2007 Posts: 18 My Contributions	Programming hardware requires the interaction of System Programming, DOS and ROM-BIOS. The great advantage of using DOS or BIOS is that a program does not have to communicate with hardware on its own. Now you need to discuss that in which situation either a BIOS or DOS functions can be used and why.

We're not going to do your homework for you, try using Google for the questions you have (there appear to be several of them)
