some Project Managers consider SQA activities as a burden and
a source of increasing the time schedule of the project thus consider
it difficult to meet the deadlines. Do you think that SQA activities
like Reviews, Inspections, and Walkthroughs are really not so effective
SQA activities in the development of software and just incur more
cost? There is another view point that if these SQA activities have
to be used then they should only be used in large sized projects.

This sounds an awful lot like a homework question, and probably is given the number of other threads you've started with other questions. We're not going to do your homework for you, try using Google for the questions you have (there appear to be several of them) smile.gif
