Lets see, the right hand menu isn't showing at the top of the page in IE 6 (it is instead being placed after the content on the right hand side). For the most part the search box in being placed under the banne/logo image instead of to the right of it (which I am assuming is where it should be placed). Your search page is completely blank (no additional content whatsoever, which can through people off if they didn't notice the search box in the top right, which is being positioned differently than on the other pages). Yoou may want to have the search page contain something different like an advanced search feature and not just be the same search feature that can be found on any of the pages.
I would look into editing the blogspot skin to match what you are using for your site skin. If I am not mistaken you can edit the CSS and html templates for the blogspot blog.
You are using PNG iamges without having the fix installed for IE6, so everyone using IE6 sees a nice black background around many of the images which won't show up for other browsers, so I woul dlook into getting the fix in place.
Overall it isn't a bad site, but I would say that it is likely a work in progress at this point.
