Looks pretty nice. The users online is failing (unless it is really a members online feature, at which pointI think it may be mis labeled). The search image needs to be corrected as it is currently not showing up, and the images for login and sign up need to be changed. At the moment in IE 6 they look the same and wouldn't tell me what they were for unless I waited for the alt to show up.

Love the concept and color choices, maybe make the text size bigger (so that older poeple can see it easier) and I think you are pretty much in business.

I was thinking mainly the address and comment text, but maybe also the motto text. I was thinking that even liek 14px font would be big enough.

If it was a bit bigger I think it would be a nice improvement, and possibly make the site more interesting to people (since they would be able to read it withougt having to strain their eyes as much).

One other thing that I just noticed and you may want to change is the radio button background. If you were to change it to be the same color as the main background it would blend in better, and perhaps look nicer, though it may make it tough to tell it is there. Just a thought.

First, your top banner looks all gritty. I think you can fix this by matting it with the background color - when you save it from photoshop or whatever you are using you should be able to choose a color to matte with (when you have transparent gif) animated i'm not 100% sure about but probably. Also, this banner is a gif, not a jpg as your website is linking to it.

I think the text is too small as well. You are using 1em and then <small> tags. Maybe just stick with 1em as the smallest?

I would like to see a hover effect on the buttons. Orangey, orangey yellow, idk color theory very well but I'm sure there are a bazillion websites out there to help you - like this one http://kuler.adobe.com/

OK, you did good on your structure for the most part - no tables for it up until the yahoo / mapquest buttons. Why the table? You an just add a margin to them to get them side by side like that and spaced nicely and get rid of the table.

The header "Bringing you nation-wide sale listings, or list your local tag, yard, garage, rummage, estate sales & flea markets for free. " could be bigger and more apparent - like a header. I see the "Please be patient while we finish up some changes to the site functionality. " text is in the way, I'd just push it below and make the other text full width.

The bottom ad is pushed to the right - further right than the header.

The white borders and the top and left lines are nice. The site was easy to navigate - I knew what to do.

What is the point of the radio buttons in the search area? I would remove them and code in some conditionals that check if they are empty.

The signup page doesn't need to have the listings below it. And the form could be a little larger and more centered.
