Do you mean how to use dlls in java, or how to actually create one with java? Cuz if you mean create one, I'm fairly sure it's impossible, as Java is interpreted, not compiled. Not to mention the fact that Java is cross-platform compatible, which dll's are not (specifically windows)

Although.... you could use JNI (Java Native Interface) to embed the JVM into native applications.... or call dlls for that matter.

Google "JNI" and you should find a lot of information. Alternately, try JNA. It's simpler than JNI.
