Share Database of MS Sql Server., I have to use the same mdf by multiple instances.

New D.I.C Head Joined: 11 May, 2008 Posts: 31 Dream Kudos: 50 My Contributions	Hello all, I have developed an fee collecting module for our office. It is in MS.VB.Net on VS 2005 and the database is MS SQL Server Express, File System MDF. It is a stand alone windows GUI Forms application with a lot of Drag and drop Ado Controls and other things. Now later, our people are asking for the same database and application on a system should also be deployed on another 5 systems, but the database remains the same on the first installed system. How to achieve this? Please help me. Regards. Jagat.

using DIC.Core; Joined: 26 Jul, 2007 Posts: 8,993 Thanked: 125 times Dream Kudos: 8625 Expert In: VB, VB.Net, C#, SQL, ASP, ASP.Net, Web Development, HTML, CSS, Win32 API, Javascript, mySQL, J#, Boo.Net My Contributions	You will either have to give them access to the MDF file the others users are using for the application, or transfer the database to a remote database (non-express edition) that they can all log in to and use.
