hi to all i havnt any xpernce in C#.nw i have to develop a chat application in windows using c#.but i havnt any idea about it,my requirement is to develop a chat application with user registration..is it possible...i mean like google talk..

Yes it is possible, you need to look in to System.Net there you will see things like NetworkInformation and Sockets. this would be a start.
