Silly question,

1-DB named FeedbackSession
1- column named CertifiedListener

If I want to call all of the records from a specific 'Certified Listener', that should be an easy call in SQL, right?

Yes it is, take a look at the SELECT statement in Transact-SQL (the query language of SQL Server and Access) with a WHERE clause.
