Usually I would add an event procedure to a button by double clicking that button and allowing Visual Studio (2005) to create it for me.

I've been reading up on how to do it just using code but the book I'm reading says that I must look in the InitializeComponent method in the code-behind page, to see how the binding works. It also says I must expand the "Web Form Designer generated code" section in the code window.

I can't find this method or the designer generated code. Maybe this was a change between Visual Studio 2003 and 2005? I successfully managed to create an event-procedure from code but without the InitializeComponent method.

Anybody know if this was a change between versions?
Or what am I missing?

Thanks.
