My Contributions

Well first of all I say I like the theme of it all (however it kinda looks like american idol's website), but it does have a few areas for improvement.

1) Splash page needs to go. They are old school 1990's and typically discouraged because of reasons of poor indexing on search engines, adds an extra unneeded click from the user, plus it is kinda tacky.

2) The main page is ok, and the graphics are good, but it seems like things are thrown around the page in an random order.

3) You should make it very easy for the visitor to understand what the site is actually about without having to sift through it all. Through a couple graphics and some text show the user why they would want to participate on this.

4) Your sponsors get lost a bit in the layout. You might want to set them off with some special section that highlights them a bit more.

5) Lastly, I am not too sure why the time is at the top of the page. Of course it is nice, but what does it have to do with sending luck?

I consider myself an expert is website usability and have done active research in this area for awhile now. So take what I have said with a grain of salt and use it as a way to improve. Overall I can tell you are on your way to making something cool.

Keep it up. icon_up.gif

Hello again, found some spare time and changed the layout somewhat...
I hope it now is more clear and you were right , the intro page was not necessary...
Can you all have a look at it and see whether it is better now?
Thx...

For the other sugestions... I personally think that the sponsors are better like this then in a banner format...
I really think that people are will faster click on their 'personal' sponsor then something at the side or top...

The time is necessary to give some indication when the people need the luck... because of the different time zones i needed to use the gmt time so everybody sees when it actually is their turn...

Maybe another question , do you have some ideas about getting the world to know my site?
Not google adds, just ways to get it seen? maybe other sites ?
