My Contributions
I'm looking for a new project to start over the summer since exams for this year are finished. I've been thinking about a project I could do but have absolutely no idea what to choose. I've already created an FTP client, an account management program and a calendar, so I'm not too worried about the difficulty, I just need an idea.

Can anyone think of something which is time consuming and could be improved with a program, or an existing application which doesn't work very well, and could be made better?

Are you interested in games? If so, write one!

Are you interested in user interface (UI) design? If so, there are absolute TONS of GUI-less programs floating around out there just begging for GUI frontends. icon_up.gif

Find out what you have other passions for and convert those passions into code, for instance if you happen to play an instrument for example create a GUI chord chart, tuner, tab editor...etc.
