not finished but its my current project..
let me know what you think. It was basically hand coded in notepad. I'm aiming for a css table less design.

3 things I would do...

Design
1) The font is defaulting to Times New Roman which doesn't flow with the rest of the site. How about something similar to the Logo/Menu text?
2) There is a bit of black space at the bottom that isn't doing anything (attached screenshot). Try and make it the same as the top.

Code
1) Check the code though with the W3 validator to make sure the code syntactically correct.

Otherwise it looks good.

I like it. Simple but tasteful.

Only two suggestions:

1. The footer would look better if you dock it to the bottom of the window.

2. Try changing color of the text for the date should be change to something else, maybe some kinda orage or yellow.

i am getting an error on your site when trying to change from index.aspx to clients.aspx.

Server Error in '/' Application.
The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /clients.aspx

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.1433; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.1433

same thing with contact. Most likely because you havent completed those pages yet. I would suggest creating some kind of temporary template to let users know that those pages are currently being created.

The Current date and the welcome need to be corresponding with the rest of the site.

The current date a light grey

and the welcome even lighter.
