3D INTERACTIVE GAMING PROGRAMMER NEEDED, need virtual world for existing database of members

I'm looking for someone to create a small virtual world similar to www.3d-city.net i want to implement this as a interactive world for my already existing database of members.

i dont care if the virtual world is original work or off the shelf model.

my main concerns are size, quality and implementing this structure into my site.
