What are you trying to add to Apache?

Are you able to run cgi-bin files?

Is Apache giving an error, or are the cgi-bin files giving an error?

You'll have to be a little more specific to what you are trying to do, & where the problem lies, in order for someone to help you.

We need more information, However if you want to know how to upload the files up there, they have to be uploading to cgi-bin directory. However if we do not know exactly what you're trying to do or which error messages you get! So I don't think we can help you much with little information.
