My network respond is slow.if new folder created on client pc it is not visible and requires to be refreshed to see it.no problem of bandwith.

What operating systems are the two computers using?
What are the users levels that are signed onto the machines? What permissions do they have?
If they are Windows machines, are they on a domain?
Is this a new network, or is this a new problem?
How are the machines hooked together? A switch, a router, a hub?
Are the IP addresses assigned by a device, or are they set on the machines?

Please wait while I grab my magic wand & mystically fix this very vague problem....
