Looks like the screenshots are the closest you are going to get for looking at the control panel beyond actually installing it.
http://www.movabletype.org/screenshots/If you are indeed doing this for a paying client, I would very highly suggest getting a different hosting service and having the client handle the bill. You can get a hosting package for $4.00 a month with everything you need (including 10gb of webspace) at 1and1. It is really easy to set up.
Also, out of respect to your client, I would very highly suggest not having a lazy attitude about the service you are providing, especially if they are paying you. It's not good for your reputation and leaves the client at a disadvantage as they could be having the work done elsewhere in a timely manner.
