Well today is the day for the blog action day for the environment. Both Fygar and myself have posted blog topics today that pertain to the environment and global warming. But from a different perspective.

My post was on the hipocracy of those that are supposedly leading the crusade. After all I try to leave as small a footprint as possible on the earth. So who the hell are they to tell me im not doing enough when they are dumping more carbon emissions into the atmosphere with their private jets then I would in a life time. So I suppose I am doing their part also.

I read through your post and Fygar's post, and I was actually speechless for a while. I cannot presume to understand how you felt (must be terrible...) about the hypocrisy of the people talking about helping the environment yet act different from what they say.

I actually wrote something about the Live Earth concerts too, and thought they were pretty cool. After another blogger's (Scott) comments, I rethought the whole idea.

Perhaps those people don't matter (I try to ignore these kinds of people). Perhaps what we believe and act on, do.

By the way, your farm? Awesome. I'm a city boy, so I can't imagine how farm life is like...

w00t. My post was actually a forum topic, but then my wife pointed out that it was Blog Action Day, yesterday. So I raised it to Blog status. Sort of about Global Warming, more about over-all consumption in America / World.
