Depends on what you are wanting to pay. the more expensive the better. Do you host as a reseller or are you looking for a host to host your website? My recommendation would be The Planet.
I've been with (mt) MediaTemple for quite a while now, they are one of the leading hosting providers for dynamic, demanding content. Very popular with developers and big name designers.
MT isn't cheap but the support, features, and reliability is well worth it.
I have webhosting with bluehost.com it's pretty good. Tons of support, and you can't beat the price 300GB hd space, and 3TB of transfer a month. Plus they support a ton of scripting languages PHP, Rails, Perl, etc... The only thing I don't like is that they use fastcgi for rails apps (I think they should move to mongrel, but eh).
