Hi all - just wanted to support the local ruby community - it seems resources & tutorials are a bit thin on the ground at the moment for this soon to be huge scripting language - Any way I just thought as forums are there to help the community I'd do my bit to point you all in a helpful direction- Rubyforums.co.uk Has just 'opened it's doors' & has some really good tutorials and helpful resources including a complete guide to downloading, installing & setting up your very first ruby project & database , hope you like it - I did.
Remember we must support these forums & all others that show potential early on - they will undoubtedly be of great benefit as time goes by

The ruby section is a bit thin at the moment...we just opened it today! smile.gif

We'll be beefing it up in the coming weeks, and hope it becomes a premier resource for ruby related material in a short time.

It is hard to run a forum by your self bunch of wankers selling porn or drugs. It is like a nice apartment in a shit hole neighborhood. Untill they clean up the neighborhood the vermin run rampant
